Our normal working days are Monday-Friday,9am to 6pm
ORDERS
You may place your order on horrabbntonline.com with ensure that your personal data is correct and updated. A confirmation email will be given with every success placed.
All orders have been placed, it is not allowed to make any changes, kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours and sizes before placing an order.
Order will be cancelled if payment hasn’t made within 24 hours.
Please note, once your order has been placed, your order may not be cancelled.
Delivery
Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our website.
Our mailing day is Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and local public holiday.
Ready stocks order will be processed in 1-3 working days upon payment verification.
For order consist of backorder items & ready stocks, kindly note that order will be mailed out only when all backorder item(s) has arrived. Customer could request to ship out ready stocks items for order consist of backorder items and ready stocks with extra postage fee.
All orders are shipped out according to order number.
