Due to the nature of our business, we usually do not offer exchange/return except for the following cases:
*Disposable PPE Product (due to hygienic issue).
*Adhesive tape (once original packing void).
What’s Returnable and exchangeable:
*Item not same as ordered
*Quantity not tally with order
If the product(s) you ordered qualified for an exchange, please refer to Process section below.
Please notify us of any issue or defect within 48 hours after you have received your order, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further proceedings.
Upon approval of exchange or refund, customers who are instructed to return the product must ensure that we will receive it within 7 working days. Unless otherwise specified, you shall be responsible for the return shipping costs and we will bear the shipping costs back to you if any.
The product must also be returned to us in original condition and original packaging in a resalable state. Worn, Torn, damaged and/or used products will not be accepted for an exchange. We strongly recommend that the returned products are sent via delivery service with appropriate insurance cover, as the products will remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
